Our goal is that you are so satisfied with your repair that you enthusiastically refer us to your friends, neighbors, relatives, and co-workers. Because we believe this kind of loyalty should be rewarded, we started the Buckle’s Referral Reward Program. Many of you have benefited from this program over the last few months, and we have been very pleased to redeem your BRRP cards at the rate of $25.00 each. For those of you who haven’t received your BRRP cards, or are not familiar with the program, here’s how it works: to benefit from BRRP, all you have to do is continue to tell friends and family about Buckle’s when they need our service. When your referral becomes a Buckle’s client, we’ll send your reward check for $25.00. If you do not have referral cards…please e-mail us and we’ll be glad to send them out. The BRRP cards ensure you get credit for your referral. When someone you know needs our service, write your name on the back, give them the card, and ask them to present that card to us at the time of the estimate. When your referral becomes a customer they get the red carpet treatment and you get a check for $25.00. It’s that simple. Once again, thank you.
